Topic: HOWTO: Email all registered users when new topic is post

Hi,

Is there any feature where a registered user posts a new topic and
once it has being submitted, all registered user for the forum receives
a email stating new topic has been post.

Please advise

To my mind it does not exist at the moment but I'm sure it has already been discussed here around the keywords 'mailing list' or something else.
maybe you could adapt the broadcast e-mail plugin. http://punbb.org/downloads.php
