Could not find thai language for punbb 1.2x

I did search in the forum and found the news which said that Thai language pack will be posted on the download page.

But i could not find any ??
i found one that compatible with punBB 1.1 in Museum Archive.
but in the news, it said that this Thai language pack compatible with 1.2

anyone has it already ?
or where i can find and download ?
