It is looking good. I have phpBB, Invision Board 1.1 and Invision Board 1.2 set up on my local machine and can install other BB scripts as well. If you want any testing done let me know. Also, I have commercial webhosting with 5 mysql databases so I can do testing on a remote server if that may be of help.
Yeah, this looks nice. Some kind of "unified converter" would be cool.
That is friggin' sweet.
How is the converter coming?
I'll wait for SQLite support
Why are you waiting for SQLite support? What is SQLite?
A better database built into php5.
And I also have no MySQL support on my current workstation.
Updated
What does "Other" stand for? I mean like, what part of the converter is classified under Other.
It's more like an info page and some other stuff.
I've got some serious performance issues so I'll have to recode some of the code.
hmm... dbconverts are usually just used once... so I dont' think that's an issue... unless it times out, then it can be annoying (but can be solved like Kennel has done on the Maintenence page)
It times out, but I'll have a look at Kennels code
Hm.. Can't figure out how it works.. I mean.. all those comments makes me dissy
If you look at admin_maintenance.php (for rebuilding the search index), you will see that it indexes a number of posts per page and then redirects to the next page (via Javascript). This way you don't have to worry about the script timing out.
Your'e really not as stupid as you look
Kennel is not stupid in any form or way....
Don't take me seriously
Never did.... i was just erm.... stating it for anyone else
