I have written the following in the field "Board description" in admin options:

But it doesn?t work. What?s the problem?

it shouldn't be in capitals and you have a space after the = not sure if thats why though.

you're missing width, height and alt tags aswell ...  (should be in the img tag)

how doesn't it work ... more description is probably needed ...
