Topic: PunBB in Russian

Hello,
I want to install PunBB with the interface translated into Russian, but with Unicode-support (perhaps, in utf-8). Does anybody know, from where I can download it? (I have asked my question in Russian-speaking branch of this forum, but nobody answered...)

in there is a Russian language pack. i think you will have to install your forums in English first and then turn on the Russian pack afterwards. not 100% positive on this so hopefully someone with better knowledge can correct me if i'm wrong.
