I've got a problem. If you do know how to shoot this trouble, please let me know, I'd be very obliged for.

you mean administrator of the server? I need to get to know where an error is, first. No concrete, but approx. reason of the error. Then, I'll contact him. the other way is to tell somebody to shoot my trouble (basic error)

the MySql server is not replying so you will have to ask your host what is wrong with the MySql server.
