Topic: Registration Page Mod: Adding additional fields

Hello,

Does anyone know how to add additional custom fields to the registration page? I would like the ability to gather some extra data to verify a user's identity before I grant access to my forum.

Any help here would be greatly appreciated!

such as name, address, phone, etc.

There are quite a few topics on this, i'm not sure if anyone has written successful instructions on how to do it though.
