Topic: can't logg on to new forum

Hello,

I just made a clean install of punBB.

After I logg on I get to see a message that the logg on was succesfull, but as soon as I am send back to the page from which I logged in the forum loggs me off again.

It's not a cookie-thing, I have no problem logging on to this forum.

Can anyone advice me how to solve this issue?

Oh, and FYI: I have phpBB running on the same server as well without any problems. But I was looking for a lighter kind of forum and thought punbb was just that. Could there be a reason why phpBB is running correctly and punBB keeps logging you off?

It IS a cookie thing: your PunBB isn't setting a cookie tongue
I'm not sure exactly what the problem is if it's a clean install
