oh no is not good have this Error
You are running a version of PunBB (1.2.10) that this mod does not support. This mod supports PunBB versions: 1.2.3, 1.2.4

There is an array within install_mod.php
Add 1.2.10 to it

Can we be sure this mod works without problems with 1.2.10 ?
I had the idea to add 1.2.10 in the array, but I prefer being careful and asking before making bad things...

I would only be worried if it was 1.3 
The MDK was updated to reflect the fact that most mods will work across the major versions (so, something made for 1.2.1 will probably work for 1.2.10), although not all the mods use the new MDK.
Of course, as it warns, it might not work: you should of course back up all your files before installing a mod in any case, since things can go wrong even when it was made for your version
