Topic: Forgot my administrator password, how to

Help, I forgotten my administrator password, I am not sure how to get it back as I did not put a valid email with the intial setup.

I have look in the tables at the "users" table and added a new user with group_id of 1 (the administrator group) but I still cannot login with these new details.

Does anyone have any ideas?

1. add a new user using punbb
2. copy the above password to the admin record while veiwing the user table.

fix your email to a valid one via mysql then request password reset?
