Topic: Yet another time zone question

I've tried to search the board to find out how to set my time zone properly.

I live in CET (GMT +1) time zone. And my server is in the USA. I set my time zone to CET and the server time zone to -08 PST. When i'm logged in and write a post, the time gets completely correct. Just as i expect. But when i log out, the time has shifted with serveral hours, namely 8+1 hours.

Any suggestions how to fix?
