Open source questions

I have bad english to understand the GPL licence (and i am not a lawyer also) so i need some help for GPL open source answers in few simple word of english.

1)
Can i publish a project source without some piece of source code used by it
- because that code not open source (some code from my company)
- or that code not stable yet

2)
Is must name the executable file as same the project name
eg: my project named "FreeSomthing"  but the exe file name "Somthing.exe"
