Topic: 1.3 and Connorhd's blank page template

will 1.3 be compatible with his blank page template or should i wait for 1.3 and a NEW template?

I've never heard of the blank page template but looking at it, 1.3 won't be compatible. Having said that it will take less than 2 minutes to fix it.
