Topic: MySQL socket configure

Hey all,

When I try to connect to MySQL on my recently installed Mandriva Linux 2006 it gives me this error:

MySQL wrote:

Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2)

Does anyone know where I can configure it?

MySQL isn't running. Look through the error log to see why.
