They're overlay icons for TortoiseSVN, a Windows explorer extension for using Subversion. It's the bomb by the way

@Fahd, I was come from Windows 3.1, when i heard about 95 i guessed we will have a programs icons and sub programs icons and sub and sub etc, but thay give as a "Start" without search, and still to now, i can't use that Start as what i need, so i put all necessary programs in desktop and some shortcuts in a folder.
It is easy to search for file in desktop, just start type the letter, but in "Start" you can't.
Every time you turn on your comuter you will find some icons remind you to use it.
I like to have a big monitor for more icons in my desktop but i have no money for it

Well.. why not a regular 17'' monitor but windows create a desktop with a scroll bar when getting full!! Nice idea ha? I should have worked for Bill Gates! LOL
