For some reason when you are not logged in, no styles work at all. However, the moment you do log into the forums, styles work perfectly alright. Any suggestions on how to get this to work would be greatly appreciated.
Change the default style in the admin panel?
Tried that, still does nothing.
Make sure the guest's style is set.
I checked the database and it says that guests style is "Cobalt" minus the ". I thought it might even have been possibly the style sheets so I have already downloaded another .zip file incase the last one might have had some corruption in it and uploaded it to no difference.

And the Guest style is irrelevant, the style actually displayed is the board default
Ok i went into include/function.php and just manually changed the coding to the template needed. Thanks for the help1

Change the value the (prefix)config table, change the value 'o_default_style', and, the most important, REFRESH the punbb cache !!!!
