i've actually written a punbb integrated gallery. A demo is located here. just let me know if you want it. It's currently in swedish but I can always translate it. It's 2 .php files and uses mysql

Funny you mention that. I'm going to modify my gallery a bit because im going to use it on a site that doesn't uses punbb. So if you dont want to comment it it uses lightbox instead. I think it'll be nice. But right now I don't have time to modify it, next month maybe...
