i get this after i installed the forums and put a config.php

Is this on your own webserver? In that case, what OS?

If not, consult your host on how to change the permissions on files and directories.

chmod to cache folder and img/avatar folder to 777

ahha i figured out all you have to do is right click cache folder and check all the boxes in ie explorer thx dudes
