Topic: Search function Glitches

Searching by author turns up zero results for me every time at this site:

http://forum.textpattern.com

In general the search function is quite fussy and you will get better results using Google.

They need to rebuild the search tables: I have a feeling they emptied them at some point wink
Try searching here for example: it works just fine tongue

Pardon the noob question, but how does one rebuild search tables?

I checked out the FAQ but didnt find any relevant info...

It's in Admin>Maintenance.
