Topic: upgrading to PunBB 1.2.12 - will this remove my mods?

I have punbb 1.2.11 and I have done a lot of modifications to the files (mostly all mods posted at punres)
if I just replace the changed files will this tamper with my modifications. Obviously I was the security upgrades but I'm nervous about doing it and losing what work I've done to make the forums work with my site.

If the changed files are files you have modified, yes

Use the hdiff
