can somebody help me plz with this error
for a week i couldn't acess to my forum now
my forum is on mypunbb.com

That's a MyPunBB issue
And it has not been going on for a week, although it happens somewhat frequently

We don't know. It's a MyPunBB issue. MyPunBB is related to PunBB only in that it runs a version of PunBB for people to use

Have you asked the mypunbb.com people (i.e. ConnorHd)?

well i think conhord should tell all ppl who use mypunbb.com what he's gonna do bcoz there is no point of keeping us waiting like this
just tell us if u'r gonna take care of it (u always say u will)
or say that's NAH it won't be solved so we can move to another free hoster

And the issue with 500 errors IS out of his control, it's an issue with the webserver
