Topic: how to set up a punbb forum on my own server?

ok...its not really my server, i rented it on internet...anyway...

it supports mySQL database and i wanna set up a punbb forum...
i read the topics in punbb.org and it says that if you want to set up a punbb fourm, you need to have php 4.whatever version or higher, and so i went to php.net  ...and go to the download section. i dont know what or how to download it because it always tell me to find a mirrow and whichever i click it just show me a blank page 

so, can anyone tell me how to do it step by step if possible

Don't worry about downloading PHP, the company that rented you the server probably already have PHP on their server, and you couldn't install it anyway. (unless you rented a dedicated hosting with no setup, or a Windows hosting)
