Did someone already made this mod that when user registers forum automatically posts introduction post in forum introduction section ?

How do you mean? Just a post that displays the information they entered when signing up?

No I mean when user registers then automatically new topic is posted in forum you assign with welcome message for that user ....

i made a mod which invites a user to write a introduction in a specific forum
if you want i could release it.

I believe there is a mod on PunBB.fr that provides the functionality you're looking for, iatbm, although you'd need to do a bit of translating.

I am interested by this mod. It is a beter solution than an auto-welcome post.
