PHP Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: dblayer

is this a php problem with my server?  whats the deal?

Are you sure all files are uploaded?

yes.  I did get it to install by copying the contents of include/dblayer/index.html to install.php, but that didn't really fix the problem.  now index.php has the same issue.

index.html is an almost empty HTML file, it can't affect anything

hmm...you're right.  but you already knew that.  my upload appears to be corrupted.  I'll try a reinstall.
