Topic: Change the title "style"

Hello everyone, if you look at the top on the title bar when you are on search.php or posting a topic it has a slash then says Post new top or search. For example. PunBB.org Forums / Search. On ym website i would like it to have a dash ( - ) instead of a slash ( / ). how may i go by doing this?

Edit each page and change the $page_title variable...
