Topic: html in post

Hello,

I havent been here much anymore because I use invision power board, but I am thinking of not using it anymore.  I like the setup of this forum software, very simple, nice layout, fast loading, ect.  Anyways, is there a way that I can make it so only admins are allowed to post html in sertain forum topics?  I have a portal on mine, and I made the portal so I could have news and stuff, but I cant put any pictures up, or have any of the features that I could with using html.

Is their anyway I could do something like this?

How does the ranks work? and I mean people getting ranks not behind the scenes. Plus what are the different ranks?

Under 100 posts is Member, above is Senior Member. Then ofcourse Administrator, Moderator, Guest tongue
PunBB Donor etc are custom tags smile

If I'm not mistaken it's:

New Member: 0 posts
Member: 10 posts
Senior Member: 100 posts
