Anyone knows a good free webhost that supports PunBB? I looked at MyPunBB but i can't make my own skin there

Just about any free webhost should handle PunBB just fine
And they're free, so if they don't why does it matter?

Freewebs doesn't support PHP or MySQL, so don't even bother.
And it sucks too.
