Topic: Editing games for PunArcade

I installed punarcade and they tell you to use URL ACTION EDITOR to edit the swf files.  Well where can I download this program at?  I cant waist $50 on something likes this so is there a demo or a freeware version?

You can use any Flash editor I believe, it's just a bit more complicated

There are like no freeware editing flash programs.
