I have redesigned arcadefire.net over the last month and here are the results:

i integrated the design into the design of my main site (running Joomla):

If you check out the style section, i've got an option for the default (1024x768+) layout with the customized sidebar, or a Narrower (800x600) version that's more like the default PunBB layout. and then both of those 2 layouts that also hide the banner image as well.

Very nice integrated. The band is great too. I love "Funeral".
