The apostrophe is extraneous. The first sentence should end with "its permission settings" not "it's permission settings," as the possesive pronoun (?) is wanted, not a contraction of "it is permission settings."

As you would do elbekko's script for possesive s here and chris' script for possesive s ending withs already (that's how I remember it).
