Topic: Change the time from 24hr to 12 hour AM/PM time?

I cant figure it out what exactly do I put where so that the post or thread  time stamp is 12 hour AM/PM time? Thanks in advance.

check the options "Time format" and try "h:i:s a"
there  is a link to show you how to make your own format
