Topic: please help with UTF-8

hi guys;

Im trying to translate english into vietnamese which use UTF-8 encode. Ive changed all the php files including lang files to UTF-8 however it still cant display. Can you please tell me how to do it? Or i did something wrong?

Well now it can appear some right but still some are wrong .. sad

Thanks for your reply; i got it but .... i have another problem....

Whenever i log in to the forum it always pop-up a windows with the url like this :

"http://os.job4vn.net/Forum/Th%E1%BA%A3o … 91%C3%A2y!"

However it wont pop-up when u use other functions, only pop-up when u click on Index to redirect to the main page or when u refresh the page. You have any idea whats wrong with it?
