you add a word to censoring,
but when that topic containing the word been quote,then the word displayed.

when you quote it, it will show in the message box, but once you submit that post, the word will be cencored.

Not a bug, moved.
The censor feature has to work the way Gizzmo mentioned, or else administrators wouldn't be able to properly remove censor rules. Any words changed before removal would remain changed.
