Topic: moderators

hi, I tried without any success to get the following up

forum A - only GRP-A can access - moderator A (he is a member of GRP-A)
forum B - only GRP-B can access - moderator B (he is a member of GRP-B)

this moderator A will not be able to access forum B and vice versa for moderator B.

Can this be done? Thanks.

just assign what forums moderators can moderate from thereprofile > administration > here!!!

Ok, so I guess once you are a moderator...you will have access to all the groups. Thus I can't get the setup I need. sad

I'm not sure about this, if I recall rightly, moderators only have access to forums they moderate.

Moderators are a regular group like any other, you can forbid the group to access certain forums
And who moderates what (as opposed to simply reading/posting) is decided on a per-person basis
