Topic: Changing table width on forums.

I'm kinda new to this software and I thought I would give it a whirl. However, something is confusing me a little. I'm trying to modify the Cobaly Skin and I would like the tables to be the way they are now, but not as wide. I can tell they are on a percentage rather than a fixed rate and I'd like it to only take up about 65-70% of the page. Where can I find the code that controls the table width so I can change it?
