I turn it on but i don't know how to turn it off because i don't know where to log in? hmm

In the extras folder there should be a file that needs to be put inside the root folder of your forum. Run it and you're out of maintenance mode.

turn_off_maintenance_mode.php

Put it in your upload folder. Run it.
