Topic: New User added to a specific forum

I have a question how a process could be automatic handled.

A company has a big database of mores then 1.000 Customers, how could I generate a automatic service, that each individual can open just by a click the account file at the punbb-system. This individuals are primary allocated (subscribed) to one dedicated forum, which they can't leave because it's the company forum, but they can add (subscribe) to  more open forums already at  profile level. Could it be possible to present a table (site/forum map) to help him to subscribe. In the second step the participant has to check the registered data , has to add missing data and then release the profile, and be a fully member of the community.

Does anybody has developed or tought about a solution like this ?

First part is already realised, I had forgotten that with the bulk mod http://www.punres.org/files.php?pid=64 you cabn create bulk lists, so the intergration afford will be to add the details to the account, that the user need a minimum to type himself. Does anybody had done this already ?

You can relate a group to a forum, so that is possible too. But how can you subscribe at profile level to other forums and/or topics, Does anybody has an idea?

Yes both are working and I have implemented them. The AP is like what I'm looking fore. I just have to Thing if it really makes sense to give the New forum subscriber directly the order to subscribe or not, maybe its to much info's at first step. Better to develop the know how of the user slowly.

Funny result at the moment is that the add-on of subcribe groups to forum doesn't work at every level of the subforum, also the display of post at subforum level doesn't work correctly. It Don't not if I haven't test it deeply before. So you fix one problem and find a new one. That's software development.
