cant play flash on the header file...

Hi guys;

Im using flash for the header file of my website; so i want it is in forum also. I did these following steps:

1 - Main.tpl : include my header file and footer file
2 - Copy footer.php and header.php files to /include/users/
3 - Copy the flash file to the same directory.

However it only appears the header/footer without any flash movies. I dont know why ; eventhough on the main website it works just nice. Please help me.
