I can not delete users, add users to Moderator group or add moderator to any forum, when I try I get this Url and 404 errorpage:

That's not a 404 error, that's a 406 error

As that thread states, talk to your host: it's a mod_security issue (which should be fixed with up to date rules)

Hmm, can not find anything in the mod_security logs on my server.
