Topic: PunBB and IE7 beta 2

I am using IE 7 beta 2, and the navigation line with 'administrator' 'logout' 'search' etcetera disappears when you open the forum, the horisontal line just beneath the citations about PunBB. I am using the latest PunBB 1.2.12...
The line above here, with PunBB org, index, user list, etc, also disappears or toggles on and off when hovering the mouse over it. Some CSS IE 6 fix, or bad CSS or is it just this beta?

Re: PunBB and IE7 beta 2

Its the beta. It seems to be the peekaboo bug which was supposed to be fixed in beta 2. There is a simple hack which is just a variation on the hack used to fix IE6.  which I will post a little later today when I've tested it and maybe Rickard can implement it here. It should be just one line in the stylesheet.

Re: PunBB and IE7 beta 2

Go to section 3.2 of base.css and add this

/*Begin IE7Win Fix */
.pun .inbox {min-height: 1px}
/* End of IE7Win Fix */

Re: PunBB and IE7 beta 2

If you find any more please post back in this thread. I'm making this sticky for a little while so people see it.

Re: PunBB and IE7 beta 2

Just in case anyone wants to try this out here on punbb.org, don't bother. I've implemented Pauls fix above.

Re: PunBB and IE7 beta 2

Hi all wink

Just another little bug hmm

I don't see "Online" or "Offline" with IE7 Final.

May be the "<div class="clearer"></div>" before ?
