just replace all the files except the config.php.. that should do it... since it is 1.2.10 with no mods...
My stuff or my style might sux, but atleast I'm willing to help when I can.

Edit: Now when i go to http://localhost http://localhost/install.php and now i do all done thes comes: An error occured on line 58 in file C:\lighttpd\htdocs\include\dblayer\mysql.php.

grudon66 that system uses sql-lite.. and it a pain for me to try to install stuff
what i did was make one that uses mysql.
http://modelcrowd.com/portable_punbb.zip this is what i made.. i designed it to work on a usb stick but it should work on a HD.
just unzip and run the atuorun.. that it....
if the page loads with an error .. just close it and give it a few sec and then go to http://localhost...
it needs time to load the system with sql php and other stuff.... a fully functional webserver..

The problem is gone! The problem was at the cofing php wasent i hdocs bott it is now

Edit: I gett all the scips in htdocs lightpdd whituht config.php to punbb.1.2.12 zip and i unzip punbb.1.2.14 and i gett all thing from punbb.1.2.14 upload to hdocs in lighttpd bott when i go to http://localhost it stays: An error was encountered

check the wos panel go to options see if apache is check marked.
because i can download it and it runs on any drive that i put it on.

where u extracted the files to punbb_portable.zip
www/punbb folder
that where you place the code.
