Topic: Completely fresh install - default template issues

I was wondering if anyone could assist...

I did a completely fresh install (new DB, new username / pass on the db, new folder, etc).  The templates aren't showing like they normally would on a fresh install and I can't figure out why.  If you try to change your Styles options, it just looks the same.  I've even gone so far to add a new style.  It loads the layout fine but the colors don't load.

I messed around with a previous install, but the link above is fresh and untouched by my investigating fingers.

It appears you haven't uploaded the stylesheets.

Gah, I see the issue now.  My FTP program is set to upload automatically in all lowercase, but the code is looking for "Oxygen.css" which doesn't exist.  "oxygen.css" is there though.
