How can I move a topic from one category to another?

When you are reading the post inside of the topic, just go down to the bottom of the screen (the box with the Powered by PunBB in it). on the left you should see a "move topic" link; click that. A new screen will show up, all you do now is selct the checkbox to the right of the topic that you wish to move; now click "move".
The next screen that you see will let you select which category you wish to move it too. 
This is for v1.1
Not sure if it differs in 1.0.1 (sorry if it does)

Unfortunately, I have got a problem, because the link which you mentioned on my forum has disappered (by the way I do not know, if it ever existed there http://www.bulgaricus.com/forum/index.php) 
Do you have any idea why the links have disappeared on my forum, and eventually how to restore them?
Sorry for repeating my question (it is similar to http://punbb.org/forums/viewtopic.php?id=3111) but till now I didn't get any answer.

Well, I looked at your forums earlier, but I have no idea what might have happened. I hardly recognize the code at all. Try replacing your footer.php. Maybe it has been corrupted somehow.
