Topic: Cant register New Users

Hello

I'm using PunBB  forums. I'm the admin, I can post messages but when I Logout and try to register, it tells me that :
Ce forum n'accepte pas de nouveaux utilisateurs. (In french) which means : this forum does not accept new users.

What can I do ?

In the admin options, is "allow new registrations" set to yes?
