Topic: How to put a banner on my forums

Well hey guy's i'm kind of new to using Punbb and i'm just wondering how do i put a banner on?
Could someone give me some simple easy to use step by step instructions?

These forums are for people who host PunBB themselves, not users of places like MyPunBB (because the support needed for the two groups is significantly different). Please ask on MyPunBB's support forums.
