Just one or two questions from instant messenger on forum and smileys

Hello everybody and scuse me for my english, i am french.
So i have installed punbb forum on my internet site and i have two questions :

Is there a plugin or something else to permit to members send instant messenger in my forum ?

I would like to know if when someone post on the forum, when he write hs post the member can see and choose a smiley and not have to write the code of the smiley for example not to have to tape for a smiley but just have to click on the pict of the smiley ; the same thing for bold or color of text (all the BBC code).
My request is to have pict to click instead of taping bbc code.

I hope you understand me ! lol

If there is any plugin i hope you will help me to install them on my forum.
