Is it possible to migrate the MySQL database of my existing forum PunBB to a PunBB integrated with Joomla (PunLa)? If yes, how can I do it?

You would be better off asking in the PunLa forums

Unfortunately there is no PunLa forum sad PunLa was made some year ago and I can not find a person who can help me with moving the old forum database to the PunLa sad It seems that there is no support for PunLa.
