Why Style is NOT CHANGE ??
- i try change style ( options ) but nothing not chance !
Same style all time !

Changing style in Admin Options changes the style used by Guests. If you want to change your style, you need to do it in your profile

Proplem is Browser.
iE - work Firofox NOT !

Sounds to me like clearing your cache might fix the issue
