Topic: My PunBB was moved to another cluster and doesn't work

My PunBB was moved to another cluster so I could have more space.

I didn't back up my old database, but I mate a data dump. I've got the complete database file installed on the new cluster/server using mySql. When I'm trying to install I get this error:

"A table called "users" is already present in the database "seele_data01". This could mean that PunBB is already installed or that another piece of software is installed and is occupying one or more of the table names PunBB requires. If you want to install multiple copies of PunBB in the same database, you must choose a different table prefix."

Does this mean my data can't be restored in a forum I used to know? sad

That means that you have installed PunBB again, to import your backup you should drop the current database and use phpmyadmin to restore your backup, otherwise you can manually edit the backup adding a DROP TABLE <table name> command before every block.

I did not backup... I've just got the data from the database, is it still posible to regain the same posts?

I believe so, this "data" you got seem to be a full structure of the database, try with phpmyadmin.
