Topic: Unable to fetch guest information. (after instalation)

Hello
   I installed successfully PunBB, but have problem with start on index.php. There is this error reported: "Unable to fetch guest information. The table 'punBB_users' must contain an entry with id = 1 that represents anonymous users.". If I am looking into DB, I see Guest user and have id = 1. Please help as soon as possible.

I tried reinstall - still that error. And I don´t understand that hyperlink, what to do??? Thanks

my table punBB_users looklike OK. Guest is added and administrator too. Only auto_decrement decrement like (first is "1", second is "21", third is "31", etc.
